Detective Grayson is a female detective who appeared in at least three episodes taking down and putting the team's marks in jail in season.
In The Experimental Job Sophie and Eliot go to Boston PD and meet with Detective Grayson. She asks if they are the ones who asked for the records on the Schaevel death. Sophie and Eliot pose as a true crime novelist; Detective Grayson said the records requested were sealed by federal order. When Sophie asked what Detective Grayson what that means, Detective Grayson said it means politics trumps justice every time.
Detective Grayson points out that a rookie on his first day could have told you that body was dumped generally you don't move a body unless you have something to hide. She says sorry you came all this way wish I had something more to give you
Eliot says what if what if I wanted to get know you better maybe, take you to dinner exchange thing, talk shop exchange things unofficial. To anyone who knows me it is probably best that she calls me. Sophie so goes oh, realizing Detective Grayson is saying she is attracted to woman. She goes to walk out and says guess I probably left that behind.

In The Experimental Job it is implied that Detective Grayson is a Lesbian, do to her say to Eliot to anyone who knows me it is probably best that she calls me. Also, by the reaction that Sophie gives as if to say this is the truth.
