When they discover R.I.Z. is behind the oil rig explosion, the team sets up a long-con to take them down. But Harry has vanished and the team discovers he is now working for R.I.Z. and they have to stop the organization from unleashing a program that is capable of blacking out the U.S. power grid.

Summary
After GulfPetrol blew up the oil rig, the team realized Ethan was working with their old enemy RIZ. Two months later, the crew gets into their building with the intention of taking down RIZ’s servers. The plan turns out to be much more complicated than expected, and they have to run. Not before Sophie bumps into Harry, who says nothing. Finding out Harry is working for RIZ now, they plan to steal Harry to acquire information about the company. When trying to steal Harry back, Breanna notices that someone else is in RIZ’s system. Hardison suddenly arrives to help and save the team. Harry reveals that he has been working undercover at RIZ to take them down and recruited Hardison for help, as RIZ doesn’t know him. RIZ is selling a product that will shut down the country's power grid.
Eliot calls Maria, and she provides them with a government backdoor into the power grid. Eliot tells Maria the truth about what he does. She realizes that he’s a thief. They admit that they’re in love with each other. Maria thinks Eliot is worth the risk, but she still sees him as a criminal, so she says goodbye. Later during the con, Eliot talks with Hardison and Parker telling them he wishes he could find someone he could actually tell about his job. Hardison and Parker tell him that they will be there for him forever.
RIZ discovers that Harry has been working against him and begins to capture the team. Sophie talks with Alexandra Bligh, exposing their plan. The team used RIZ’s demonstration blackout to their advantage. Harry stored hard copies of all of RIZ's incriminating evidence in a secret compartment of a desk he had custom-built. The team steals a whole server, using Breanna’s drone to carry it out of the building.
With the con over, Harry tells the team that he thinks he’s done and that he’s going to try fighting for the good guys on his own. Parker asks Sophie to stay and lead the team. Parker tells her she’s okay with Sophie leading them as she still manages twelve international teams.
